Michael L. Snider graduated in 1985, with Dean's Honors, from Washburn University School of Law. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washburn University, he attended the University of Puget Sound School of Law for one year before returning to Kansas permanently.
He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Mr. Snider has practiced extensively in the areas of Kansas Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury law, representing numerous injured workers and families of workers.
He has presented testimony to the Kansas Legislature Special Interim Committee on Workers' Compensation. He is presently Co-Chairman of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association Workers' Compensation Committee.
He lives in Wichita, Kansas with his wife and two sons. Mike lived in Central America for nine years and speaks Spanish.
Joseph Seiwert graduated in 1984 from the University of Kansas School of Law. Mr. Seiwert earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Kansas and also attended Wichita State University. While studying at the University of Kansas, he was elected to the honorary society, Phi Beta Kappa.
He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 1989, Mr. Seiwert has been practicing extensively in the areas of Kansas Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury. He has primarily represented injured workers or their family members in those cases.
He is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and also a member of their Board of Governors.
He resides in Wichita, Kansas, but practices law throughout the State of Kansas.
